Healthy Lymphatics, Inc. is dedicated to providing individualized occupational therapy services for people affected by lymphedema, chronic edema, lipedema-related symptoms, and wound care needs.

Insurance Verification, Denials & Authorizations

David has been an important part of Healthy Lymphatics for over a year. He manages insurance verification, denial follow-up, and authorization and preapproval processes—work that helps our team navigate payer requirements and keep patient care moving.

His reliability, dedication, and behind-the-scenes contributions make him an invaluable asset to our practice. We are grateful to have him on the Healthy Lymphatics team.

Toni Saltmarsh

Office Manager · All Locations

Toni has been an integral part of Healthy Lymphatics for 19 years, overseeing office management across all of our locations. Her experience, consistency, and commitment help keep our multi-office operations organized and running smoothly.

In addition to her office management responsibilities, Toni coordinates the ordering of select clinic supplies and manages compression garment orders, including insurance verification. Her work helps ensure our clinics have the supplies they need and that patients receive support navigating the garment ordering process.

We are grateful for Toni’s many years of dedication and the essential role she continues to play in our practice.

Therapy Technician · Elkin Office

Judy supports the day-to-day operations of our Elkin, North Carolina office and helps create a welcoming, organized environment for patients and therapists.

Her responsibilities include assisting with patient intake, supporting treatment activities under the supervision and presence of the treating therapists, maintaining office cleanliness, and helping manage clinic supplies. Her dependable support helps the clinical team stay focused on providing quality patient care.
